Digitization of industrial value chains
The purpose of this call is to initiate and carry out feasibility studies, as well as research, development and innovation projects (FUI projects) with focus on digitization of industrial value chains. The focus is on emerging technologies, services and new business models. Examples can be the digital interaction between customer and supplier, interaction between machine-machine people and etc. where technologies such as Articifial Intelligence (AI), Augmented and Mixed reality (AR and MR) and cognitive systems are applied to create value in different stages.

Who can apply?
Consortia consisting of companies, universities, colleges, research institutes and other relevant actors are welcome to apply for funding. The requirements for consortia vary depending on the type of project, but the foundation is that the project should address a real industrial need. Foreign actors are welcome to participate in project, but not as coordinators.
How much can you apply for?
In this call for proposal one finances three types of project:
- Feasibility Study
Up to 8 months, maximum grant up to SEK 600,000. - Small FUI-project
Up to 12-24 months and grant at a low level SEK 1,000,000 – 3,000,000. - Large FUI-project
Up to 24-36 months and a grant SEK 3,000,000 – SEK 5,000,000. You can apply for a grant for up to 50 percent of the project ‘s support eligible costs.
