The focus is on emerging technologies, services and new business models. Examples can be the digital interaction between customer and supplier, interaction between machine-machine people and etc. where technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Augmented and Mixed reality (AR and MR) and cognitive systems are applied to create value in different stages.
